Newborn Infantile Dermatitis

Borate dermatitis, which is common in newborn babies, is also one of the symptoms of concern. However, if you do not have inflammation or severe itching, do not worry too much.

Causes of Neonatal Borate Dermatitis

I have not been born a long time, but my face and scalp are dull or reddish rash. Yellow ticks can also occur. If you go to a hospital you want to get a fever or infant eczema is called dermatitis. Although the exact cause of seborrheic dermatitis has not been elucidated, adults usually develop sebaceous gland hyperplasia, bacterial or yeast flavor, neurotransmitter abnormalities, temperature and humidity, and drugs. So why does a newborn have a dermatitis? Ovulation in the uterus is often caused by excess secretion of sebum due to hormones. It is usually due to the hormonal effects of the mother, so it usually appears in the newborn infant one month before birth and disappears 6 to 12 months before birth. In one room, it is said that boring dermatitis appears well in infants whose constitutional fever is high.

Symptoms of neonatal borate dermatitis

Juvenile seborrheic dermatitis is confusing because it has symptoms similar to atopic dermatitis or impetigo. Neonatal seborrheic dermatitis usually occurs on the scalp, face, armpit, behind the ear, and around the neck. Initially, it begins to bounce like a rash across a large area, but later it becomes infiltrated with inflammation and later on, a yellow scab sits or keratinized. It is a common symptom from a long time ago that a yellow tag on the head is called “dung dung”. Unlike atopic dermatitis, it does not tickle well. Mom looks a little wide and somewhat gruff to be impatient, but over time it usually disappears by itself.

The difference with similar diseases is this!

Juvenile dermatitis usually occurs one to three months before birth, due to the hormonal effects of the mother. Acupuncture and atopic dermatitis may appear a little later than borate dermatitis and usually appear reddened at the balls and mouth. Itching is also different from boring dermatitis. If the baby tries to rub it and frowns, it is a sign of itching. Premature infants can also appear in the neonatal period, sometimes accompanied by fever or diarrhea. It begins with a small blister, spreads quickly and bursts easily. It does not form a thick scab. Psoriasis is similar to symptoms of boring dermatitis. Fortunately, it is not good for newborns and it is thicker than dermatitis. However, since the mother is difficult to distinguish, she receives medical treatment at the hospital.

Preventive measures to practice in daily life

It is important to wash well and moisturize if newborn infectious dermatitis has occurred. Skin care and baby moisturizers and soothing gels, etc. In winter, the baby is not overheated enough to sweat, and the humidity is adjusted to 50 to 60% to prevent the room from drying out. If the baby is sweating excessively or swelling the affected area, the germs can invade and secondary infections can occur. If there is a yellow scab on the scalp, do not force it, but wait until it falls off by itself.
